1. Who we are
This website (topedgeautomotive.com) and its checkout are operated by TOP EDGE LLC, a Colorado limited liability company in good standing (Colorado Secretary of State ID 20021054044), doing business as “Top Edge Automotive.” Our principal office is 19185 Highway 550 Suite B, Montrose, CO 81403. Our Denver shop is at 1015 E 70th Ave Suite F, Denver, CO 80229.
2. What we sell on this site
Our online checkout is intentionally narrow. Today it is used for two things only:
- Celememorate Fundraiser Merchandise — T-shirts, hats, and mugs sold as part of our 2026 Celememorate veteran & community support campaign.
- Future fundraiser categories we choose to opt in to under the same direct-checkout model.
Every other product on this site — Rough Country accessories, lift kits, audio components, vehicles, parts — is offered on a service-first install basis. Pricing for those items is confirmed during a quote conversation that you start at /contact-estimate/. They are not sold through this online checkout.
3. Payment
Online payments are processed by Stripe through WooCommerce Payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Cash App Afterpay, Klarna, and Affirm. Top Edge does not store your full card number. By placing an order, you authorize the charge for the total shown at checkout, which includes any applicable sales tax.
4. Sales tax
We collect sales tax based on where your order ships, calculated automatically by WooCommerce Tax. The total at checkout reflects the tax owed.
5. Shipping & in-shop pickup
Fundraiser merchandise can be shipped anywhere in the United States or picked up at either Top Edge shop. We aim to ship within five business days of receiving your order. Shipping is currently free for fundraiser merchandise.
6. Returns & refunds for fundraiser merchandise
If your fundraiser item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund the purchase price at our option. Personalized or made-to-order items are not returnable except for defects. Return shipping for a defective item is on us.
7. Returns & refunds for installed parts and service work
Quote-first parts that we order specifically for your installation are not returnable once the install is scheduled or the parts have shipped. If we cancel the project together before the parts ship, there is no charge. Labor for completed installation work is non-refundable, but we warranty our installation labor for twelve months from the date of service.
8. Donation disclosure for the Celememorate fundraiser
Top Edge will donate $5 from every Celememorate T-shirt sold, $5 from every Celememorate hat sold, and $3 from every Celememorate mug sold, split between Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 1106, GWHS JROTC, and Quilts of Valor. Purchases are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions. Top Edge is a for-profit business collecting payment for merchandise and will donate the stated portion after the campaign.
9. Privacy
We collect the information you provide at checkout (name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, order details) and the basic technical data your browser sends. We use it to fulfill your order and contact you about it. We do not sell your personal information. Stripe processes payment data under its own privacy policy.
10. Account security
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your login. Tell us right away if you suspect your account has been used without your permission.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to interfere with the site, scrape large portions of it, or use it for any purpose that would violate Colorado or federal law.
12. Warranty
Manufacturer warranties on parts (for example, Rough Country’s lifetime warranty on suspension components) are honored by the manufacturer per their terms. Top Edge separately warranties our own installation labor for twelve months. Outside of those, products and services are provided “as-is.”
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Colorado law, Top Edge LLC’s aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of this site or the products and services bought through it is limited to the amount you paid Top Edge for the specific order or service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
14. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after we update means you accept the new version.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Montrose County or Adams County, Colorado.
